Death By Pizza West Delray has quickly become a loved destination for pizza enthusiasts in Delray Beach, Florida. Customers rave about the outstanding service and exceptional menu, which features Detroit-style pizza with a perfectly crispy crust. Amanda Stoll highlights her positive experience, praising the Grandma pizza, cheese-laden Caesar salad, and delectable Apple Pecan dessert. Similarly, Val Caminiti expresses excitement over the extensive menu that includes unique starters like the burrata salad with hazelnuts and flavorful meatballs.
Another notable mention is Don Massa's endorsement of the lunch specials, offering great value with two slices and a drink at just $12. However, his visit for dinner received mixed reviews due to a lack of customization options on whole pies. Elizabeth Hadden enthusiastically confirms that the West Delray location maintains the quality of its East counterpart while expanding its offerings to include pastas and desserts, showcasing highlights like pillowy gnocchi and half-pound cookies topped with homemade gelato.
For a vibrant atmosphere and a commitment to culinary excellence, Death By Pizza West Delray stands out as a must-visit, blending savory flavors with hospitable service. It’s a spot for any pizza lover eager for a satisfying meal.

Absolutely amazing experience! The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and the pricing was just right. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to everyone! I had the Grandma pizza, which was delishhhhh, the Caesar salad, which was loaded with cheese, generously portioned, and super fresh and finished with the Apple Pecan dessert which was delicious. Highly recommend!!

I am a big fan of DBP in East Delray, so when I heard they opened a restaurant I knew I had to give it try. I was absolutely blown away. I will first start with saying the service was outstanding. Mario went above and beyond, he explained the menu in incredible detail, you can tell he truly cares you enjoy your experience. The food did not disappoint. We had the tomato and burrata salad (hazelnuts were an excellent touch) meatballs and ricotta, egg rolls and gnocchi to start, all were 10/10. As far as the pizza goes that is always perfection!! Adam the general manager came by to ensure we were all enjoying, he is doing an incredible job. I highly recommend checking out the west location, we will be back again!!

Detroit style pizza. Crispy crust was excellent. Lunch specials and good value 2 slices and a drink for 12 bucks with choice of speciaity toppings.. All we tried were good. Excellent desert and decafe coffee Fast courteous service. Clean . Great lunch. Went a few months later for dinner. No slices, you must order a whole pie 31 bucks. Could not customize it we just wanted to leave the garlic out. Couldn't be done. Not as impressed for dinner second visit. Pizza is good, sauce is a little too sweet for my Jersey boy tastes.

Deliciously excellent sit down rendition of their East Delray location. Pizza is just as good and it’s accompanied by an expanded menu of pastas, salads, appetizers, wines, beers, and desserts. Still has by the slice at lunch, along with added entrees. The 50/50 gnocchi was incredibly pillowy with delicious sauces and ricotta inside. The Philly egg rolls were little fried spears of the best bites of a signature cheesesteak sandwich: crispy, gooey, oniony, and meaty. The pizza is always stellar and the cookie dessert was perfect. It was their signature half pound cookie warmed and topped with homemade vanilla gelato (not too sweet, perfectly smooth) for a classic combo. So thrilled that their second location is just as delicious as the first, with added menu items that are well-made and balanced. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of high chairs for younger pizza fans.

If you are a pizza lover, you are going to love this place! NO, it is not your regular NY style pizza, but YES, it is Detroit style. Square crispy crust pizza at its finest in the area. The crust is cooked to that perfect crunch with the flavors you will fill your mouth with such savory flavors you will want to eat the whole pizza. We had the white pizza with pesto and mozzarella, just perfectly prepared and not my favorite, but it was so delicious! Awesome started with the tomato and cheese burratta, and the naked honey wings (wished they were baked) the owner stopped by with a split plate gnocchi half pesto sauce and half savory red sauce. Nice appetizer portion and ery different, making this place so unique. indoor and outdoor space with heaters for those few cold, FL days. I know I will be back. Thank you to Adam, the manager, for checking on every table he crossed and Empress at who who sat us in the perfect spot outside.

My new favorite pizza place and so much more. We found The East Delray location first and was highly impressed with the food. The only downside is it is takeout only. We said if only they had a sit down restaurant which unbeknownst to us was in the works in West Delray. We were able to be there during their soft opening week and the food is just as scrumptious as the other location and it’s closer to us! There are all kinds of special touches, and the service was excellent. You would expect there to be some kinks with a new restaurant, but there weren’t any. Can’t wait to go back again! You will definitely need a reservation as there was already a line the first week. We need one in Wellington!!!

Let’s be clear the food was an A if i can rate it higher i would. Than comes the service, Adam Cain was the man! he gave great service and very personable! The restaurant has a cool vibe, very clean, a/c pumpin (which is important in FL) i came here from fort lauderdale after seeing their video on social media so the wife and I decided to take a nice ride listening to some Morgan Wallen and get some great pizza! Thanks Death by Pizza and Adam for helping us enjoy a great Sunday ! We will be back

Amazing pizza! Their vodka sauce is the best one in the USA, you can dip any of their pizzas on it, and it will be an explosion of flavors on your mouth. A must take out pizza, I would strongly recommend!
